Jennie Cluverius is the Labor & Employment Practice Group leader for Maynard Nexsen and also serves on the Board of Directors for the firm. She is an experienced litigator who also provides daily counsel to employers on employment, labor, and other business-related matters. Jennie regularly advises and defends some of the most prominent companies doing business in the Southeast, and also works with many of the Carolina’s finest home-grown businesses, colleges, and universities.

Cherie has been representing her clients in state and federal court for over 30 years. She has experience as lead trial counsel in an array of employment cases, trade secret, trademark and copyright cases, and business disputes. As an employment attorney, she advises clients on proactive measures focused on avoiding issues that lead to litigation, such as drafting handbooks, presenting harassment and discrimination training, addressing wage and hour issues, and drafting employment agreements and restrictive covenants.

Christy Rogers is a Shareholder with Maynard Nexsen with a practice that focuses on all things employment, including those involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, medical leave, disability accommodations, ADA website litigation, hiring, discipline, performance management, termination, non-compete disputes, and myriad other personnel-related issues. Christy brings practical, real-world experience to her practice, helping companies, both large and small, navigate complex employment-related issues.
