On each episode of Work this Way: A Labor & Employment Podcast, Tina Emerson, Chief Marketing Officer for Maynard Nexsen, will be joined by the lawyers of Maynard Nexsen’s Labor & Employment Practice group as they empower employers to work smarter, not harder, while navigating the complex landscape of workforce issues and employment law.
Tina Emerson
Tina Emerson, Maynard Nexsen’s Chief Marketing Officer, will serve as the podcast’s main host and will be joined weekly by one of the members of our Labor & Employment practice group to provide insightful commentary and introduce us to some stellar guests.
Jennie Cluverius is the Labor & Employment Practice Group leader for Maynard Nexsen and also serves on the Board of Directors for the firm. She is an experienced litigator who also provides daily counsel to employers on employment, labor, and other business-related matters. Jennie regularly advises and defends some of the most prominent companies doing business in the Southeast, and also works with many of the Carolina’s finest home-grown businesses, colleges, and universities.
